  We run the full field execution ecosystem: merchandising and resets, break fix and continuity, audits and compliance, assisted sales and training, construction, warehousing and fulfillment, and experiential marketing. Every program runs through Retail Intelligence™, our framework for turning field visits into real-time, actionable data instead of after-the-fact activity reports.

• Does Channel Partners use W-2 employees or gig workers?

  W-2 employees, exclusively. More than 7,500 field representatives across our network are trained in person and certified before deployment. We do not use gig or 1099 labor, because compliance outcomes depend on people with a stake in the work, not a shift to complete.

• How does Channel Partners report on store visits in real time?

  Every program runs through OpenSky™, our proprietary field intelligence platform. It provides GPS-verified visit confirmation, AI-validated photo documentation, and exception alerts the moment an issue is identified, not in an end-of-week summary. Dashboards are configured around your specific program and KPIs.

• What is H.U.M.A.N. and how is it different from a standard audit?

  H.U.M.A.N. (Human-Unified Merchandising & Audit Navigator) pairs trained reps with smart glasses and a body camera to capture a full shift, not a snapshot. OpenSky™ analyzes the footage against your brand standards in real time and surfaces corrections to the rep as they walk the store.

• Does Channel Partners only work with large national retail chains?

  No. We run programs from single-location resets to full-chain rollouts across 2,000+ stores, and from local market activations to national campaigns. Our clients span consumer electronics, mobile, beauty, grocery, and big-box retail. Program scale is built around your footprint.

• Can Channel Partners run merchandising, construction, and logistics under one program?

  Yes. That is the premise of Retail Intelligence™: one partner running merchandising, construction, logistics, audits, and field sales as a connected system instead of separate vendors. Each program feeds the same intelligence platform, so you get one data view across everything we run for you.

• Does Channel Partners have its own warehouses?

  Yes. We operate six asset-backed facilities across five states, Baltimore, Columbus (two locations, including Granville), Dallas, Irvine, and Reno, totaling 500,000 square feet and putting us within two-day transit of 87% of U.S. shoppers. Receiving, kitting, transportation, and end-of-life recovery run as one connected supply chain built around your installation schedule, not general fulfillment.

• Where does Channel Partners operate?

  Nationwide, with regional depth where it counts. General trade crews travel coast to coast for construction projects. MEP trades are always sourced in-market for local code and permitting knowledge, with go-to teams in the West Coast, Midwest, Southeast, and Texas.

• Does Channel Partners handle construction permitting and inspections?

  Yes, for projects involving electrical, plumbing, or wall moves, which typically require permits. These projects move through drawings from your architect or engineer; if you haven’t engaged one, we can contract one on your behalf. MEP trades are always sourced in-market for code and inspector familiarity.

• What kind of reporting do I get on a break fix or continuity program?

  Real-time issue status, resolution verification, and photo documentation across your full display network through OpenSky™. Roughly half of display issues identified in the field are resolved on-site during the same visit, with before-and-after functionality documented in every report.

• Is Channel Partners an approved partner for major retailers like Best Buy and Target?

  Yes. We’re recognized as a Best Buy Approved 3PL Provider and a Target Preferred Merchandising Partner, designations earned through performance rather than bid pricing. We’ve also run audit programs for Best Buy, including a Customer Experience Audit engagement that grew into an ongoing six-month program.
